Lost and abandoned property found at Tampa International Airport

The Aviation Authority has hundreds of abandoned items listed for sale at a public online auction which started on Friday, September 9, 2011. The online auction began promptly at 9 a.m. through www.govdeals.com and auction lots will close Monday, September 26, 2011, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Eastern time. 

The 121 lots of items for sale include: cameras, iPods, DVD Players, luggage, books, sporting items, headphones, eyeglasses, sunglasses, clothing, cell phones, Bluetooth headsets, computer accessories and miscellaneous items. 

The following forms of payment will be accepted: cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), money order, and cashier's check. This is the third online auction of lost and abandoned property that the Aviation Authority has held on GovDeals.com.
