If you’re flying into Tampa International Airport, there’s a good chance that you’re visiting Florida for a little rest and relaxation. But sometimes even the most seasoned travelers en route to a resort can forget to pack a key item, or maybe they just want to expand their options before getting to their vacation destination. Luckily TPA’s retail shops on Level 3 of our Main Terminal have plenty of choices for passengers to peruse before heading to their hotel.

They call this the Sunshine State for good reason, so wearing some UV protection for your peepers is a critical component of any visit. The Shoppes at Bayshore offers dozens of choices from top brands like Ray-Ban, Maui Jim and Oakley. The Shoppes are open 24 hours, too, so you can even pick your pair of sunglasses at night.
Breezy beach essentials
If you’re planning to spend your time on the sand, you may want to double-check that packing list to make sure you’re (literally) covered. The Shoppes at Bayshore also offers a plethora of sun hats, sandals, swimsuits, beach bags and, of course, coverups for when you need to take a break from the surf and sun. Shoppes' carefully-curated boutique makes it easy to pick out Instagram-ready fashion items and instantly switch to vacation mode.
Sportswear for all skill levels
If you’re heading for the links, the tennis court or just want to look sharp on the street, The PGA Tour Shop/The Runway offers plenty of colorful choices. Pick up a polo shirt or a colorful cap from brands like Puma, Nike, Under Armour and more. The store is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to work around your tee time.
Tune out with top sound systems
If you need a way to amplify that vacation playlist, you can check out Tech on the Go from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a variety of ways to share your soundtrack. Bose SoundLink speakers or Shokz OpenMove and OpenRun bone-conduction headphones can handle plenty of jostling and are wireless and waterproof.
