Spirit Airlines Announces Nonstop Service from Tampa to Minneapolis-St. Paul

MIRAMAR, Fla. - Spirit Airlines today announced that it is starting seasonal service between Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). The nonstop daily flights start November 7, 2013.

“Passenger counts between Minneapolis and Tampa more than double during peak season,” said Tampa International Airport CEO Joe Lopano. “With Spirit Airlines’ new nonstop flights, we look forward to welcoming even more Minnesotans to enjoy Tampa Bay’s beaches, shopping, nightlife and other amenities that make this area a desirable destination.”
