Tampa International Airport debuts a fresh look on its new and improved website

TampaAirport.com now features more user-friendly services and helpful information, including a refined parking reservation and food ordering system.

As Tampa International Airport continues to make improvements throughout its campus, it is now unveiling another major, months-long renovation: the TPA website.

When travelers visit TampaAirport.com, they will see a new and improved interface for checking their flight status, pre-booking parking, getting information about concessions options, and more. This is the first refresh of the Airport’s online home since 2015.

There are many enhancements to the new site, but here’s a look at five of the biggest upgrades:

Parking reservations

If you’re already locked into your travel dates, you can pre-book your parking at TPA with a new and improved right from the home page. The handy reservation form will take you to the Airport's booking system (on the home page) so you can find more information about our parking garages and choose the best one for you. Pre-booking is the only way to guarantee your space – and remember, it’s always cheaper online!

Concessions information

The site now provides more information than ever about TPA's restaurants and retail shops in the Main Terminal and Airsides.  Check operating hours, look for food or shopping by type and get detailed information about each business through the Airport's Waypointe TPA pages (look for “Dine, Shop, Explore” under “At TPA”). Plus: You can skip the lines by ordering food and drinks online for most eateries and coffee shops and have them waiting for you before you head to your gate.

Airline pages

With so many commercial airlines operating out of TPA, it can be tricky for travelers to consider their many choices. The Airlines page (under the “Flights” menu) includes customer service information, links to official airline sites and color-coded tags telling you whether they are on the Red or Blue sides of the Main Terminal. And if you click on the airline’s name, it will take you to a page showing you all the destinations for which that airline offers nonstop flights from TPA.

Maps

TPA aims to make its facilities easy to navigate, but sometimes guests may want to look up a specific location in one of TPA's buildings. The Maps page (under the “At TPA” menu) now offers more detailed wayfinding for our campus and especially for our Airsides. Use a handy menu to find a business or service and click or tap on it, and the map will zoom in and highlight that location to help you find it. Expect further features to appear as TPA continues to make improvements to the experience.

Business and Community

While TPA's teams have worked hard to provide easy-to-find information for all guests, they also have adapted the website to make it simpler for businesses to find what they need. The main TampaAirport.com home page starts with a traveler-focused experience, but clicking on “Business & Community” at the top right takes you to a new page with information about business opportunities, links to job openings, Airport statistics and reports and more. Learn more about the Airport's operations and sustainability efforts, plus its efforts to better the entire Tampa Bay community.
