TPA Launches New Service to Trenton, NJ on Frontier Airlines

TAMPA - Frontier Airlines began nonstop service between Tampa International Airport and New Jersey’s Trenton-Mercer Airport on Thursday, January 31. The flights are scheduled for three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The new service will operate on a 138-seat Airbus A319 aircraft, featuring 30 channels of DIRECTV available at every seat. The flights also offer five rows of stretch seating with an additional five to seven inches of legroom. 

Frontier Airlines is a low fare airline with its primary hub at the Denver International Airport operating more than 300 daily flights. Frontier flies to more than 80 destinations in the United States, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Mexico.

Service features include advanced seat assignments, electronic ticketing, online check-in, and the EarlyReturns mileage program. Frontier currently operates a fleet of 16 Airbus A320s, 37 Airbus A319s and three Airbus A318s. Republic Airlines operating for Frontier flies a fleet of 16 Embraer E190s.
